1. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper installation are not eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Items returned after the refund window has closed
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Ensure your item meets the eligibility criteria above
- Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond with return instructions, including a return address if applicable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos as proof, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund based on the case.
5. Approval and Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account or payment method
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please reach out to our support team
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed and shipped. Once shipped, you may return the item after delivery by following our return policy.
